OUR MINISTRIES

At Sandy Ridge Wesleyan Church there is a place for everyone. Our children, youth, young adult and men's and women's ministries are a vital part of our church. Finding community and gathering together is one way that we encounter Jesus and provides a place for us to respond as a community.

Take a look below at our current ministry opportunities and if there's something you don't see and would like to—let us know! We're always looking for ways to expand the family of God and reach others where they're at.

Kid's Ministry

Our kid's ministry is led by leaders in the church who have a heart for sharing Jesus with children and want to share the everlasting joy. As our kids experience Jesus, encounter His miracles and learn more about who they are in Christ they'll do that with a team supporting them, friends around them and a whole lot of fun.

Youth Ministry

Youth Ministry is a special place. This is a pivotal point in young people's lives and we believe they have an important role to play in the church. With Sunday School meetings, Sunday evening and Wednesday night gatherings, there are multiple times for these young people to come together, find community and experience Jesus. Our Youth Group also has the opportunity to attend Youth Conferences, Youth Camps, district-wide gatherings and weekend events to encourage community and make memories to last a lifetime.

Young Adult Ministry

Whether you've just finished college and are looking for a new place to call your church home or if you're in your early 30's, young adulthood is full of ups-and-downs, but we're here for you. We know how important it is to find a community, a group of people in a similar stage of life and lean into what the Word of God says. This is a place you can do that with people who love the Lord and love sharing about what He's doing in their lives.

Men's & Women's Ministries

The men's and women's ministries at the church take on the role of caring for the hurt, the lost, the widows and orphans, the missionaries and the people within our community. Through women's retreats, men's prayer breakfast, secret sisters blessings and so much more, there is a way for each man and woman in the church to lead, encourage others and be an active member of our church family.

Outreach

Extending the love of God beyond the four walls of our church is a key part of our mission to make and mature disciples. Through an in-house food pantry, soup kitchen services, missionary support and a variety of other local missions we are able to seve those in our community and be the hands and feet of Jesus.
